Section 13 — Data protection & consent
Quality Staffing Care Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. Your data will be processed under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the purposes of recruitment, safer-recruitment checks (including DBS, right-to-work and references), regulatory compliance with CIW and CQC, and the management of your work placements should your application be successful.
If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for six months and then securely destroyed unless you ask us to keep it on file. You may request a copy of your data, or its correction or erasure, at any time.
